Friday Media Group are looking for an Account Manager who can deliver great customer service with a passion for sales. This role will involve building and maintaining quality relationships with a pool of our clients through regular contact and adding value to their business . Working closely with each customer you will need to identify and act upon opportunities to increase client spend where it will benefit them. You will also be expected to proactively identify any problem areas through effective communication and either educate or fix the issue to ensure the customer receives an impeccable service. This may include a mixture of telephone communication and face to face visits depending on client spend which means a driving licence is essential for the role.
Your main goals would include:
Ensuring customer retention is being achieved within our group expectations to create sticky, happy customers, by sticky we mean customers who stay with us for a long time!
You will need to make these customers aware of the good news stories from their campaign and offer advice on areas of improvement.
To identify & make the most of all upsell opportunities with an aim to increase average order values across your brand.
To feed product innovation ideas derived from industry/customer feedback to relevant teams.
