If so, read on, this may be just the job for you! Our client is a highly successful privately owned company which provide employee benefits programs to some of the UKs largest employers. In this role the main purpose of your job will be to sell in non-inclusive benefits to employees on client sites throughout the UK. Working on pre-arranged appointments you will be based at a different client site (e.g. supermarket, contact centre, factory, transport depot) each week. During your time on each site you will aim to see, and sell benefits to, as many staff as possible. Simple! Its hard work, fast paced and demanding, and it can be extremely financially rewarding. In order to succeed in this role you will need: The ability to establish rapport with people very quickly. Self motivation and great organizational skills. The ability to work at a fast pace over a long period of time. Good administrative skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work and stay away from home, Monday to Friday, most weeks. In return we can offer: A basic starting salary of £16,000 plus +£4k top up for the first 4 months and regular basic salary increases. Uncapped bonus with realistic OTE of £30 - £60k Fully expensed car or car allowance. Smart phone with email access Pre-booked hotels, flights and car hire and overnight allowance.
