£18,000 - £22,000 pro rata
Our client is going through an exciting period of growth and they are seeking candidates that have a passion to deliver excellent customer service through being the first point of contact for their customers.
They are now seeking to appoint a part time Accommodation Advisor (Administrative) to join them in Basingstoke.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will support the Move In and Search Teams carrying out various administrative duties and responsibilities to deliver an excellent Customer experience to their clients.
Within this office-based admin role, you will manage a varied work load with differing priorities. A key part of this role is to effectively manage customer expectations and meet their needs. It is therefore essential that you possess great communication skills and the ability to remain resilient to ensure all priorities are met.
With exceptional organisation skills, you will have a track recording in delivering great customer service, dealing with members of the public either on the phone or face to face, and will be IT literate utilising a variety of software packages.
