£18,000 and £22,000 dependant on experience
Our client is going through an exciting period of growth and they are seeking candidates that have a passion to deliver excellent customer service through being the first point of contact for their customers.
They are now seeking to appoint an Accommodation Advisor (Administrative) to join them in Basingstoke.
Within this office based admin role, you will manage a varied work load with differing priorities. A key part of this role is to effectively manage customer expectations and meet their needs. It is therefore essential that you possess great communication skills and the ability to remain resilient to ensure all priorities are met.
With exceptional organisation skills, you will have a track recording in delivering great customer service and will be IT Literate utilising a variety of software packages.
