Elevation Recruitment Business Support are currently supporting a key client to recruit a Customer Service Manager.
This role will initially be on a 6 month FTC.
-Manage UK Customer Service Team -Provide direction and leadership to the CS team when needed -Manage sales order management activity, price/credit administration, and customer queries across multiple business units, product categories markets and channels -Implement and maintain KPIs and metrics and their reporting to monitor and upgrade the performance of the department and team members -Provide a professional support platform to the customer service team via reporting; issue resolution and CRM related measures -Implement guidelines, processes and training -Manage internal and external correspondence -Develop, implement & optimise procedures, guidelines and tools to ensure continuous improvement
