Elevation Business Support are currently working on an Exclusive basis with a key client supporting them with the recruitment for a Resourcing Administrator.
The successful candidate will have to have experience in recruitment and should be immediately available to start.
Key Accountabilities: -Acknowledge receipt of vacancies and ensure that all are complete, approved and accurate. -Upload the vacancies onto job sites. -Provide admin support to the Resourcing team. -Develop and maintain good working relationships with all customers and suppliers. -Ensure Healthcare queries are regularly monitored and signposted -Coordinate with other team members to ensure incoming calls are being answered. -Be an ambassador of the team and promote the service wherever possible -To support with any reasonable ad-hoc requests. -Develop and maintain effective relationships with candidates, customers and external suppliers. -Work closely with other members of the resourcing and talent team to maximize overall effectiveness. -Providing first line support and system expertise for the Resourcing Team.
