Elevation Business Support are currently supporting a key client based in Chesterfield with the recruitment of a Project Manager. This will be on an interim basis of 6-12 months.

Key Accountabilities:
*Take responsibility for actions, projects and the team identified to support delivery
*Provide clear direction, take the initiative and demonstrate leadership of a project and team
*Engage all key stakeholders to develop an effective approach to the implementation of approved projects, to ensure the change is understood and represents value for the business
*Track, prioritise and resolve issues and risks throughout the delivery of change projects, ensuring key stakeholders advised on actions to resolve or to help inform decisions
*Manage dependencies within and across projects to ensure that all stakeholders are kept involved and up-to-date at all stages throughout the life of a project
*Review projects delivered and log any lessons learned to enable future projects to benefit from improve ways of working across the company
*Manage expenditure and project budget throughout the project
*Communicate plans and progress regularly to all stakeholders, including Board members
*Define effective ways of working within the Transformation team to manage gaps and inconsistencies in processes and champion best practice project management
*Maintain effective communication with the Group Transformation Director, Operations Board and business teams through regular interactions / meetings / feedback
*Assist the Group Transformation Director with the project proposal process, aiming to ensure that all project work is aligned

Desirable Knowledge / Skills:
*Broad Project Manager experience; working knowledge and relevant application of project management tools and methods, business process improvement and project / programme communications
*Knowledge of ERP systems and implementations
