Elevation Recruitment Group are working alongside a key client based in Sheffield who are looking to appoint a Customer Service Specialist on a 12 month fix term contract.

Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for order management from sales order entry to delivery and invoice dispatch
- Handle customer enquiries (pricing, stock availability, delays, short shipments, etc.) and specific customer requests
- Manage customer claims such as picking errors, damaged goods or pricing discrepancies
- Manage defective returns including seasonal returns (RMA's) issue credit notes and maintain the Oracle database
- Liaise with our warehouses for shipping orders and receiving returns
- Liaise with various departments (Finance, supply planning, marketing) on customer service related issues
- Act as point of contact for the sales team, provide support to sales with documentation, reports & data as requested. Regular communication with relevant Sales Manager
- Prepare export documents when applicable
- Update the customer database as needed
- Participate in improvement projects

Key Skills:
- Excellent MS Office knowledge (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Oracle knowledge
- Fluent in English (fluency in EU language is a plus)
